Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Kestrel CEO. By signing in, you agree to them. If you use Kestrel CEO on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf too.
Access
Kestrel CEO is invitation-only. Keep your Google account secure, and don't share access with anyone the business hasn't invited. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
Your data and connections
The business owns its data. It is responsible for having the right to connect each service it connects, and for the accuracy of what those services send. We use the data only to provide the service, as our privacy policy describes.
Numbers, payouts and advice
Kestrel CEO calculates figures, payouts and summaries from the data it receives, and that data can be incomplete or late. Check anything before acting on it. Payouts are calculated for review, and a person approves every one. Nothing in Kestrel CEO is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
Availability
We work to keep Kestrel CEO running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Connected services can change or stop sending data without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Ending use
A business can stop using Kestrel CEO at any time and ask us to delete its data. We may end access with notice, or straight away if these terms are broken.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Kestrel CEO after a change means accepting it.
